If you are interested in becoming certified as a lifeguard, you have a number of options.

The New Milford Swim Club is hosting it’s own Lifeguard Certification Course on June 1, 6, 7, and 8 from 4pm-8pm. You must pass a pretest given at the club on Thursday, May 25th at 4:30pm. It is required to complete the online blended learning portion of the course before the end of the day of the first day of class. For this class, you will also be required to purchase and have fanny pack, an adult and infant CPR mask and a whistle to be brought with them to each day of class. Once the student has passed the pre test they will be able to register for the actual class and begin the online blended learning portions.
